You can visit shunshig.com to obtain the contact details of our sales representatives and get in touch with them to receive information about the apartment you are interested in. Once you have registered, you will receive your login credentials (username and password) via email. You can then sign your apartment purchase agreement electronically through our system and reserve your apartment from anywhere in the world.
Alternatively, you may authorize a family member or a trusted person with whom you have a family or close personal relationship to act on your behalf. To do so, you must obtain a power of attorney through the Mongolian Embassy in your country of residence. Once the power of attorney has been issued, your authorized representative will have the legal authority to sign the agreement and reserve the apartment on your behalf.
An identification document and advance payment receipt are required.
Several advance and instalment payment options are available.
Mortgage and commercial loan options are available subject to bank criteria.
Handover dates are specified by block in the contract and progress updates.
